Close-tolerance fine turning from our CNC Turn-Mill machine to achieve 5 microns in cyclindricity for Microscope Lens Housing complete with Black Anodizing and Teflon aerosol finishes. Material used is Aluminum Alloy 6082-T6.

We are capable to produce a wide variety of exotic materials controlling various stringent geometrical requirements by using our high speed machining centers to achieve 0.0004" concentricity within inner holes for - Housing Vacuum using SUS 303 (Optical), Beamsplitter Cell - SUS 431 (Optical) and Main Lens Housing - Titanium 6AL-4V (Medical).
